Shipping & Delivery

We ship anywhere in Canada! Whether it is our local white glove delivery or a simple drop shipment,  your Dormio product will arrive on time and for a low cost, or in many cases — free! 

Our local deliveries are handled by our in-house team, and for areas further out, we use reputable carriers to make sure your order gets to you on time and in perfect condition. Once your merchandise is received in our warehouse, our delivery team will contact you with some possible delivery dates. Your delivery time will be confirmed the day before your schedule date, and you'll be given a 3-hour window. 

We ask that you have the delivery space ready, that you clear any obstacles in the path of delivery, and remove any fragile items. During winter conditions, please ensure that walkways are clear of snow and ice.

The experienced Dormio delivery person will assemble your new mattress in the room, paying special attention to the accuracy of any customized selections, and will ensure all the right pieces are put in the right place. We will also remove and take away all of the shipping packages so all you need to do is get your best nights sleep.

For online orders receive FREE shipping on orders over $299 to most destinations in Canada (exceptions apply). Orders below $299 CAD are subject to a $19 fee. For Northern Canada and other remote locations, a separate shipping quote will be provided within 2 business days of completing your order. Please note: Shipping is door to door service and items will not be brought into the house.
